An ancient Scottish sport that has been called a hybrid of bowling and chess set on ice. Two 4 member teams slide 42-pound granite stones on a sheet of ice toward a target area. Teammates sweep the ice in front of the stone to help manoeuvre it towards the centre target.

Welcome to Elgin Curling Club’s web site. This year it looks like the early season will be dominated by injuries with many of the club stalwarts being out of action until at least Christmas. Hopefully all will have a speedy recovery and to everyone else have a great season everyone and let the best teams win!
